PAPER SUBMISSION

Submitted papers must be unpublished and must not be currently under review for any other publication. The deadline for submitting the paper is 6:00 PM CEST (Central European timezone) July 17, 2006. No extensions after this date will be possible without prior arrangement. All papers for OpComm 2006 must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference Management System. Papers must be submitted in IEEE 2-column journal template format.

Note that all accepted OpComm 2006 papers will require an accompanying copyright transfer form (PDF). Please fax the completed form to Ms. Veronika Lau fax. +49 (0)30 8353 58409 by 8th September 2006.
 

Formatting your Paper for Submission

Please be sure your paper is formatted properly for submission. In particular, please note the following formate requirements:

Your submission must be in PDF format.

Paper submission for regular papers must be limited to 10 pages including text, figures, references, and appendices.

The font size used in the text of your submission must not be smaller than 10 points.

We must be able to print your paper once it is submitted. Please use only standard printer fonts (e.g. Times Roman, Helvetica, etc.) or standard TeX Computer Modern fonts; other fonts maybe used but must be included in the PDF file.

The paper must be able to print clearly on standard black-and-white printers. Reviewers are not required to view your paper in color.
 

INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

Please bring own laptop for presentation. Please send a copy of the presentation slide, in either pdf or ppt format, to be included with the electronic version of the OpComm proceeding no later than 11th of September to robert.hsieh@telekom.de.
